Getting Started

Go to runboard.io and click "Start Free Trial"

Enter your full name, email address, and a password (min 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and a number)

Check the box to accept the Terms of Service, then click "Create Account"

Log in with the email and password you just created

Enter your department or agency name, acknowledge the beta notice, and click "Create Department"

Your department will be automatically populated with sample data - vehicles, crew, inventory, training records, and more - so you can explore every feature immediately

You are the Super Admin. You can invite your team from the Admin panel to try features together

Your Email & Login

Your login is the email address you used to sign up. If you used a placeholder email, you can change it anytime from the Admin panel → My Profile section. All features work regardless of whether the email is real - no verification required during beta.

RunBoard is in active development. Features are being added, improved, and changed on a near-daily basis. We are building this platform specifically for departments like yours, and your feedback directly shapes what we build next.

During beta, your data may be moved, restructured, or deleted as we improve the system. Please treat this as a preview of what's coming - not a production system. When we reach our official launch, all subscriber data will be fully backed up and secured through multiple measures.

🔴 DO NOT enter HIPAA-protected information, patient data, personal health information, or any sensitive/confidential data. This beta environment is not configured for compliance or permanent data storage.

You are welcome to enter your department's vehicle information, station details, equipment lists, and other operational data to test the system. Just be aware that this data is not guaranteed to persist through major updates during the beta period.
